Orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping, as clearly stated on the product or checkout page. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code, package weight, and selected service level. Skinscript Store is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs checks, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue.
