Refund Policy

Skinscript Store offers a straightforward refund and exchange process for eligible items. You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date your order was delivered, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number and invoice).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or our contact form with your order number, product name, and the reason for the return. Once we approve your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our U.S. warehouse. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, or missing item).

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Bath and body items that are opened or used for hygiene reasons may only be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion, as clearly stated on the product page.

Certain items, such as final‑sale products, clearance items, or special promotional bundles, may not be eligible for refund or exchange and are marked accordingly at checkout. By placing an order with Skinscript Store, you acknowledge and agree to these return and refund terms.
